Additional Information
High-quality optics and long-distance ranging capabilities come together in Vortex's Fury HD Laser Rangefinding Binoculars. Convenience, speed, efficiency, and valuable dual-purpose functionality—all the advantages of a high-definition binocular perfectly paired with an angle compensated rangefinder. Right side controls are simple to use and easily manipulated with a single hand--leaving your other hand free to hold your bow, rifle, or other important piece of equipment. The illuminated right barrel display can be set to yards or meters. Vortex proprietary XR anti-reflective coatings on all air-to-glass lens surfaces increase light transmission for maximum brightness. Phase correction coatings on the Fury HD enhance resolution and contrast.

The Fury HD Laser Rangefinding Binoculars are built with roof prisms for greater durability and a more compact size. Nitrogen gas-purging guarantees superior fogproof and waterproof performance. Rubber armor provides a secure, non-slip grip, as well as durable external protection. Twist the multi-position eyecups up and down to precise, intermediate settings to maximize the custom fit for comfortable viewing with or without eyeglasses. The eyecups are also tapered in order to fit naturally for greater viewing comfort. The center focus wheel adjusts the focus of both barrels at the same time, while the left eye diopter adjusts for differences in a user's eyes. The binoculars' easy-to-use menu features a simple, clean display, Horizontal Component Distance (HCD) mode, and Line of Sight (LOS) mode. The Fury HD Laser Rangefinding Binoculars include a rainguard, tethered objective lens covers, comfort neck strap, and a deluxe padded carry case. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great glass, really fast I bought these Fury's couple weeks ago, just really impressive! The glass is very crisp and clear and the rangefinder is really fast. They arent all that bulky and heavy either. The one thing that really impressed me was how little light is required for these to work. Was ranging elk at 1079 yd in extreme low light conditions! Only one thing Vortex needs to change, the diopters, they will move when you turn your eyepieces out if your not careful. Will use them this week on a elk hunt, but so far extremely satisfied would highly recommend these to all hunter, can hold them still when ranging.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Crystal clear optic I purchased these binoculars last fall after archery season in Wyoming. I was skeptical at first but decided to try them out not wanting to carry binoculars and a handheld rangefinder. First the glass in these binoculars are simply amazing and always crystal clear. I hunt in a wide range of temperatures from sub zero to 70s and never have an issue with the electronics or glass. Second on the ranging capabilities I have no issues ranging elk out to 1500 yards. I have no need to know any farther ranges as I would never take that long of a shot on an animal so these are perfect for what I need. I have made accurate shots to five hundred after ranging with these binoculars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Range Time These range finding Binos are great. I’m a Scout Sniper in the USMC. I took them to the range the other day and used it to range targets out to 1200 yds no problem. The constant scan takes the guess work out of lasing a target. Just hold the button down and it gives you updates on the range, whereas if you click it once, you don’t know if you actually hit the target. I like that you can change it from yds to meters. And I really like that it does the high angle conversion for actual range if you’re shooting at a high angle. my next review will have pictures.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The perfect piece of kit I have had these binos for a few months now. I have had them outside in cold wet weather and had zero issues with fogging or the range finding not working. Glass is crystal clear and easy to adjust. They work great in low light! The range finder is so hand y to have built in, makes for less stuff I have to carry, and it works very well, been able to range past the 1600yds manufacturer stated. Field of view cuts the time it takes to glass a large area and my eyes don't get tired after constant glassing all day. these really answer the problem of bino and range finder, and at the price you can't beat it! Overall another outstanding product from Vortex!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Could be a lot better I’ve had these for over a year and I do love them and don’t regret buying them, but I am a little disappointed in the glass after comparing with my wife’s Viper HDs. For the price of these, I would have thought they would have the same glass as the Razor HDs or at minimum the Viper. The Vipers allow much more light in and seem to be a clearer picture. I let a coworker compare the two because he was in the market for a pair of new binoculars and he was the one who actually pointed it out to me. (I never compared them side by side) As others have said, the button is hard to find with gloves for the range finder and I wish it had a locking diopter. I am not sure what has changed in the upgraded version, but I would not recommend these to a friend. Get a pair of Viper HDs and a good range finder instead (it’ll be cheaper)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Big fan I am a big fan of these binos. They provide two functions that every shooter needs, long-distance viewing capabilities, and range finding. I love using these. It ranges whatever I am looking at fast, gives me a crisp image, is lightweight, and durable. Most importantly, is it back by the Vortex warranty. I use these for Sunday Gundays and during the annual rifle qualification through the Marine Corps. It comes with a sweet carrying case, lens covers, cleaning cloth, and even a harness assembly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A lot of power in a little package Just got these not long ago. I obviously haven't had a chance to hunt with them yet, but the rangefinder works extremely well - Better than rangefinder in my last pair of super-expensive rangefinding binoculars. Plus these are smaller and lighter. I got the Furys wet at the range the other day with no problems. Again, I haven't had the opportunity to put these through the ringer yet, but everything I've seen so far indicates that they're going to be my new go-to, go-everywhere bino.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Once you've tried you'll never go back Rangefinding binos are the best thing ever! I have been guiding the last few years and it makes such a difference being able to get accurate ranges on the animal without taking your eyes off the animal. I don't know how I got by without them before. When I decided to get a pair of rangefinding binos I immediately was looking at the Swarovski EL ranges and the leica geovids. I was so close to pulling the trigger on the geovids and im so glad I ended up going with the Fury's. They are lifetime warranty on the glass and the electronics while competitors only cover glass and the electronics are usually a 2-3 year warranty. You don't want to spend that type of money and not be 100% covered. I got the furys and was expecting lower quality glass but for what I use them for they are perfect! I used them during archery elk hunts and mounted to a tripod glassing for coues deer. They are great and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thanks Vortex for another great product!
