Rated 4 out of 5 by from guide- ons Bought these after 8 attempts of trying to load boat (28') in 32 mph winds. Dual guides are the only way to go, also helps In offloading. The reason I bought these was because they mount in and not bright white ones that hang outside trailer. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars was the bolts were not long enough for my trailer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Flawlessly How you ever tried to get your pontoon boat on a trailer by yourself? What a pain in the rear. The guides took 15 minutes to install. This product makes loading your boat on a trailer a snap. This product SHOULD be a standard for a pontoon boat trailer manufactures. It is a must have for any person who trailers their pontoon boat.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid product Great solid product. They work great! However, they were too tall for my pontoon trailer, so when I installed them I had to use a metal saw to cut them down about 8 inches. After I did that they installed easily. I love how easy it is to load the boat now!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a difference My tri-toon trailer has 2 by 5 crossmembers angling down towatd the middle. Made four flat brackets and bought eight 5 1/2 bolts in lieu of the u-brackets. Looks great and what a difference in loading my pontoon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love them U bolts were not correct size, had to order ones that fit, other than that these are perfect. Easy to install took about 10 min. Wish I had gotten them sooner.

My trailer frame is 2"X3" your specs say the U bolts are 1/2 X 3". On the reviews there are many complaints that the U bolts are too short. Are longer U bolts available? Or have the short bolts been replaced with longer ones?

Asked by: pawpaw
Hello Pawpaw, The U-bolts are long enough for the Guide-Ons to fit a 2" x 3" cross member. But we do offer U-bolts that are 2-1/8" x 4" (Item # 31968). Thank you, Steve

Will these work with a Bennington Tritoon?

Asked by: terry
We would not recommend these for a tri-toon pontoon boat. The black pvc that protects the pontoons from the guide is only covering three sides of the guide so there is the potential that your center pontoon will make contact with the metal on the inside of the guide. We would recommend item 74124. Thanks

Should I have a set on the front & rear?

Asked by: jim
Yes. In most cases pontoon boaters will use a set in the front and rear to help guide the boat on the trailer and to help keep it from crossing up.
