Design and construction materials seem good so far. The hardware screws look stainless but I don't think they are. The assembly directions are very poor but it's not a very complicated thing. The blue cushion is very hard to install and takes two people with patience's. Once assembled it looks as pictured. It functions as advertised and will float a 240 lb man.
