This item actually works
We had a bird problem when our dock was new. Bought a few of these after trying every owl variation we could find...
Forget the owls, get these wire thingy's and the birds/ducks won't get near them.
Our dog blunders right through these without injury nor damage to the item.
Note that this only works wherever it's sitting (give or take 10ft) so you need more if you have a large area dock.
Be careful to note that overtons sells the blue beanbag base seperately as an option. we like the beanbag base so you can move the bird deterrent off the boat cover or pier whenever you like.
