Solid and Dependable
My POF Renegade Plus came with this QD endplate. It's a solid unit that has functioned reliably for 3 years in 3 Gum matches, multiple training classes, and regular practice at the range. Combined with a Magpul sling and a mounting point just forward of the magazine well, this mount will hang an AR comfortably on your front, muzzle down, ready for quick use.
I also use this on my hunting rig with an 18" heavy barrel, Saker suppressor, bipod, and LPVO that tips the scales around 10-12 pounds, so it is certainly strong! I've experienced no issues with this simple design.
