Rated 3 out of 5 by from Heavy Duty, But only lasted 1 season. Worked great the first season on my boat trailer. After that, the outer casing rusted and the crank became inoperable. It was jammed somehow even though it was packed full of grease. It was not stored with any pressure on it so I can't explain why. The foot brake was ok at first, but after a few uses, it bent and was useless. once it was weakened, bending it back didn't help. Thank God it has a 3 year warranty. Overton replaced it without any questions, but it did cost me about $30 to ship it back. Recommended with caution!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Trailer Jack Wheel for Marine Trailer. Bought 5 or 6 of these and you can move boats easily. Nice product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One tuff jack I installed this jack on my 1995 Bass Boat trailer and it works great. The capacity is overkill, but the extra fat wheel makes it all terrain in my yard. Plenty of travel swings up easy and the finish looks like it will hold up for years. The instructions are clear, but you need to make sure you follow them because it different based on the dimensions of your trailer tongue. My winch is in line for replacement next.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stability finally I have owned many boats over the years and I always trailer them. I am always worried about the wheel jacks provided on the trailers, they all seem flimsy and unstable. Well finally one broke (scary thing) and I purchased this item. I currently own and trailer a 260 Sundancer and finally feel secure with a wheel jack that it can take the weight.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great jack! Great price! Buy it! Great jack! Great price! Our local trailer shop was amazed with the low price and great quality. I found cheaper quality jacks that cost more so purchased this one! A soft rubber wheel (with tube?) would be great. Wheel lock doesn't really work except to keep wheel from spinning during trailering. Don't buy from your retailer, buy this one!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Strong exterior/weak interior I purchased this jack for my double PWC trailer. I was impressed by the size and bulk of the jack. I just finished installing it and when I tried to crank my boat up, the handle got stuck. After several minutes and some investigation, I realized that the internal gears had a couple broken teeth inside. massive exterior, but weak internals.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Big, Strong Jack; Cheap Hardware This jack seems to be very heavy duty and has lots of travel to it (ability to raise it up and down), but the bolts that came with it were junk. Two stripped out as I installed it and I had to go buy better ones to allow me to finish the installation.

Does the wheel detach when load off trailer?

Asked by: John
Thanks for your question. No, the wheel is bolted to the forks and is designed to stay on. The jack pivots and locks in the horizontal position when not in use so there is not a need to remove the wheel.

What is the highest lift in inches of the biggest jack you have? I have an aluminum trailer that you can't mount a swivel trailer jack to because the main frame is made out of aluminum I beam.

Asked by: Anonymous
75839 is the Mega Wheel Jack and it has a total height of 31.5 inches in height when fully extended. The jack travel is 14 inches. The next is 75840 with 30 inches of travel. It is a fixed mount.
