Best plug
The motor that came with my boat had a round cheap gray plug on it. I replaced it with this MKR-18 and to say this one is an upgrade is an understatement. Installs easy (I needed the 6awg adapter) and works for basically every motor as far as I know. My receptacle did loosen up after a bit and had to resnug the threaded ring. Really like the twist lock design.

Good electrical connection
Once plugged in it stays plugged in with a solid electrical connection, My old plug was always failing. If you are handy with tools it's no problem, If not get a fishing buddy to help with the installation. Duke

Cheaply made
Be careful with the set screws as they strip out extremely easily rendering the plugs useless. Avoid cranking them down as you typically would with electrical connectors.
