The Masterbuilt Adventure Series MES 140S Digital Electric Smoker helps achieve competition-ready results right in the backyard. A member of Masterbuilt's Adventure Series, the MES 140S is designed with outdoor enthusiasts in mind and offers extra space to accommodate sizable quantities of fish, game, and jerky. It comes with four chrome-coated smoking racks, two accessory racks, and has enough space for smoking up to 16 chickens, 12 racks or ribs, 20 fish fillets, or 168 jerky strips.
Digital top panel and included RF remote provide full control and monitoring of on/off, temperature, time, and lighting functions. Built-in meat probe thermometer lets you track interior meat temperature and get perfect results every time. Thermostat temperature control allows for even, consistent smoking. Interior light illuminates food in low light. Patented side wood chip loading system lets you conveniently add wood chips without opening the smoker door, and featured air damper gives more smoke control. Water bowl for adding moisture and flavor.
When the smoking is done, the removable drip pan makes clean-up a breeze. Wood chip tray ensures easy ash removal. Handle and wheels make moving smoker safe and simplified.
