A review from an actual user
Here’s a clue why the Stanley light referenced in another review is so cheap: Other reviews for it indicate it won’t hold a charge!
Meanwhile, my Cyclops Mevo 180 throws a useful amount of light, weighs under six ounces AND DOESN’T NEED AN ELECTRICAL OUTLET FOR CHARGING.

I dont see a value
I must make it clear i have never owned or tested this product. However i have resently purchased a 900 lunen stanley search light for $18 with an internal battery. While i am looking for an external battery serchlight for my boat (as i dont trust the water resistance of charging ports and i want the peace of mind of being able to dispose of power cells if they are damaged by water), I can not understand why acomparitivly weak light without the cost of a power cell should cost more.
