Plus, during storage, set your air conditioner's heat strip at 45-50 degrees and keep your RV dry and mildew-free. Greatly simplifies your winterizing tasks. No more anti-freeze! A 15-amp adapter may not supply sufficient amperage to get your motors up to full speed, and prevent damage from brown-out. Don't take that chance!

30 amp electrical box
Box worked fine, wish they sold one with a built-in on/off switch like at RV park as instructions on box and for parents motorhome says to turn off when plugging in and unplugging. Ran conduit along outside of garage from breaker box to a fuses box inline to this box so not have to walk to other end of building to shut off and on. Fused box like would have by home a/c outside. No big deal but would have paid extra to have built into box purchased from camping world. Only reason not give 5 stars.

30 amp RV Outlet.
We were powering our RV with a 100' heavy duty extension cord (#10s) on a 20 amp receptacle. When the outside temp got high enough to need to run the RV AC, I installed this outlet and ran #6s to within reach of my 30 amp RV cord. This outlet allows the RV to be plugged in all the time. We can now run our AC.
